Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a drink every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and leave all cash, plastic credit and cheques out of the casino. Take only the money you expect to spend on refreshments, tips and few dollars you anticipate to lose and leave the rest behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can experience a profit following a drunken night out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and wager. The pair just do not mix.

Leaving your moola out of the casino might be a tiny bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic actions is required. If you bet to profit, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the free booze you can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your bombed head throws away everything!

Let me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink and then hop online to wager in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my condo, but because I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.

What’s the reason? Even though I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is clearly enough to blur my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
